EZorder is an integrated electronic Title/Escrow, Appraisal and Hazard Insurance order system.

The vendor request forms will give an option to send your request electronically to an automatically populated local vendor chosen by LoanAce users.
Simply click a button and the request form with the borrower's information is instantly sent.
You will receive a confirmation of your request via email.
Locality of the vendor can be chosen by using your zip code or the zip code of the borrower.

Does this mean there will be pop-ups and blinking ads in LoanAce?

No, we do not have flashing screens, pop-ups, changing colors or other distracting advertisements.

Do I have to use the providers in LoanAce?

No, but as mentioned above, we do depend on you to help keep LoanAce free. Your support by supporting our partners is appreciated immensely. If you have a vendor you use regularly, please forward their contact info to vendor@loanace.com and we will add them to our database.

Does this mean the services will cost me more in LoanAce?

No. In fact, several of the companies that work within LoanAce offer negotiated discounts to LoanAce users.

Is this just a trial version?

No, we only offer a fully operational version of LoanAce and no fees will be charged.

Is there any support?

By offering any LOS, free or not, we have to provide exceptional customer service if we are going to establish LoanAce as the standard in the industry. We encourage feedback and welcome suggestions on features or changes you would like to see within LoanAce.
