Uninstall Instructions
If you receive the error "LoanAce encountered a problem and needs to close" after updating, a component failed to update properly or if you are upgrading from a previous version please follow the instructions below.
To Uninstall:
- Open your Control Panel then Settings
- Double–click on Add or Remove Programs
- Click Remove or Uninstall
- Select Remove Complete your loan files will remain in your LoanData folder
- Delete any LoanAce icons from your desktop
Once LoanAce has been uninstalled go to the Download page to install the latest version.
