Ordering with EZORDER
LoanAce makes ordering Appraisal, Insurance and Title / Escrow services quick, simple and paperless. No need to send separate faxes or e-mails.
Locate EZORDER by choosing the desired service type from under Request Forms in the navigation pane. Or click Request at the bottom of the borrower summary page.
All necessary information is pre-populated from the 1003 all you have to do is select your vendor.
Search Options
- Default - Locates the selected vendor type based on company zip code information enetered in the setting section of LoanAce.
- Local to Borrower - Locates vendor based on borrower's current address listed on the 1003.
- Search - Use this function to enter in the vendor's five digit LoanAce ID number.
- Enter Manually - Submit order to a vendor not in LoanAce. Be sure to provide accurate e-mail and company information and click "send".

How are orders sent?
Orders are sent via secure electronic currier complete with applicable borrower details, subject property information, and originator contact information. The vendor receives the order immediately and automatic status updates will confirm your order has been received.
IMPORTANT: Please remember once you click submit vendors receive orders in real time. When submitting orders we respectfully ask you do not "test" the system.
How do I know if my order has been received?
Order status for the particular request updates from 'Sent' to 'Confirmed' once the order link has been picked up by the vendor.
The order status is monitored internally by LoanAce to ensure that your order has reached the vendor.

EZORDER is a free service to all LoanAce users! Send any or all of your requests with the click of a button. It's simple, efficient, and reliable.
