Not Connected to Internet Error
If you see this warning while installaing LoanAce ensure you are connected to the internet. If you have a firewall software such as Norton Internet Security, ZoneAlarm or similar, it is blocking LoanAce from installing completely.
Either temporarily disable your firewalls or allow dfsvc.exe and loanace.exe as exceptions to your firewall settings. Do not have firewalls "Always Block" if you plan on using LoanAce.
Blocking LoanAce from access to the internet will prevent the application from properly installing and will not allow the auto-updates to work. Auto-updates install any new compliance or software related updates to your application as soon as they become available.
