LoanAce does not have any access to your files.
The application is designed with your security and the security of your borrower in mind, strictly adhering to the Gramm-Leach-Biley Act. LoanAce runs on your PC or laptop, the information/data is exclusively yours. Only parties that you give permission to have access to your files, either through Windows LiveSync or TEAM.
Note: LoanAce does not store any of your loan information on the web.
All loan information is stored in the LoanData folder on your computer.
It is important to maintain Anti-Virus software to ensure that all borrower files remain secure and private.
