LoanAce® EZorder allows you to order title/escrow, appraisal and hazard insurance from a local vendor with the click of a button!
- Borrowers’ information is populated for you
- Information is sent electronically – No printing or faxing!
- Vendor is selected automatically based on your zip code
Here’s how it works:
Locate Your Vendor and Order
LoanAce EZorder forms offer you the following four choices for locating a vendor:
- Local to your company’s zip code
- Assigned vendor ID #
- Vendor’s phone number
- Local to your borrower’s zip code
When a vendor has been selected, simply click the “Order” button and a secure link is sent to the vender with your request.

Check Status
In LoanAce®, the order status will change from “SENT” to “CONFIRMED” when the order has been received by the agent.
- Before the order is sent the status shows CREATED:
- After the order is sent, the status changes to SENT:

- When the recipient vendor clicks the link to access and view the order, the status changes to CONFIRMED:

Add Your Vendor to LoanAce®
Here’s how you can add your favorite vendors to the LoanAce® database:
- Choose “Enter Manually” and input your vendor’s information. Click the “Order” button and your request to add the vendor is sent to LoanAce.

- Send an email with your vendor’s contact information to vendor@loanace.com
There are two listing options for vendors added to LoanAce:
- List your vendor as the ‘default’ for a block of zip codes. A default listing means that only the selected vendor’s information is displayed on the order form when either
- the users’ company zip code matches, or
- if the user selects ‘Use Local to borrower’, the zip code of the borrower’s residence.
- Listing as a designated vendor by Vendor ID (provided by LoanAce®) for participating vendors. In this case the LoanAce user either
- enters the vendor’s unique ID #, or
- searches for the vendor’s phone number which makes this vendor the default.
