If your broker uses TEAM and you choose to manually register your LoanAce to interface with your broker’s TEAM, only then will your files be viewable by your broker. If a user does not register their LoanAce to interface with their broker’s TEAM, the files will not be able to be viewed by your broker.

Please maintain proper Anti-Virus software to ensure that your borrowers’ information remains secure and private.
